Pr\u00e1vom ods\u00fadenca na smr\u0165 bolo aj prenies\u0165 svoju posledn\u00fa re\u010d, z pochopite\u013en\u00fdch d\u00f4vodov zrejme necenz\u00farovan\u00fa. \u0160ibenica tu  u\u017e nestoj\u00ed, ale pr\u00e1vo tu otvorene  prehovori\u0165, prakticky o \u010domko\u013evek, je v\u0161ak &#8211; div sa svete! &#8211; na tomto mieste re\u0161pektovan\u00e9 a dodr\u017eovan\u00e9 aj v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vz\u0165ahy na pracovisku s\u00fa vecou zlo\u017eitou a niekedy ve\u013emi nepreh\u013eadnou (i delik\u00e1tnou) &#8211; bezpochyby v\u0161ak aj ve\u013emi d\u00f4le\u017eitou. Nielen v kontexte kvality pracovn\u00e9ho \u017eivota, ale aj s oh\u013eadom na kvalitu po\u017eadovan\u00e9ho a  pod\u00e1van\u00e9ho pracovn\u00e9ho v\u00fdkonu. Na t\u00fato skuto\u010dnos\u0165 poukazovalo a poukazuje u\u017e aj cel\u00fd rad organiza\u010dn\u00fdch psychol\u00f3gov. Za v\u0161etk\u00fdch si dovol\u00edm pripomen\u00fa\u0165 autora <em><strong>C. M. Brodsk\u00e9ho<\/strong><\/em> z USA, ktor\u00fd napr\u00edklad u\u017e v roku 1976, publikoval svoje my\u0161lienky a postrehy vo svojich textoch na t\u00fato t\u00e9mu &#8211; napr. v knihe s n\u00e1zvom <em>The Harassed Worker<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zhruba od polovice 80. rokov minul\u00e9ho storo\u010dia to bol aj \u0161v\u00e9dsky autor nemeck\u00e9ho p\u00f4vodu <em><strong>Heinz Leymann<\/strong><\/em>, ktor\u00fd \u010dasto hovoril o <em>psychosoci\u00e1lnom strese na pracovisku<\/em> a do ve\u013ekej miery prispel k populariz\u00e1cii a roz\u0161\u00edreniu pojmu <em><strong>mobbing<\/strong><\/em> (<em>Violence and Victims, 5, 119-126, 1 Mobbing and psychological terror at workplaces)<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Objavil sa v\u0161ak aj cel\u00fd rad in\u00fdch pojmov, ktor\u00e9 ilustruj\u00fa de\u0161trukt\u00edvny vplyv niektor\u00fdch foriem soci\u00e1l vz\u0165ahov v pr\u00e1ci: <em>bossing, bullying, stafing, straining, \u0161ikanovanie, diskrimin\u00e1cia, ob\u0165a\u017eovanie a prenasledovanie<\/em>, &#8230; K t\u00fdmto a aj niektor\u00fdm in\u00fdm (patologick\u00e9 vz\u0165ahy, politick\u00fd mobbing &#8230;) pribudlo v v polovici 90. rokov 20. storo\u010dia aj ozna\u010denie <em><strong>toxick\u00e9 vz\u0165ahy<\/strong><\/em>, ktor\u00e9 r\u00fdchlo ro\u017e\u0161\u00edlilo a aj do bud\u00facnosti sa zd\u00e1 by\u0165 &#8211; z mnoh\u00fdch d\u00f4vodov &#8211; ve\u013emi perspekt\u00edvnym.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Za opak <em>toxick\u00fdch vz\u0165ahov<\/em> by sme mohli pova\u017eova\u0165 <em>vz\u0165ahy produkt\u00edvne<\/em>. Za produkt\u00edvne potom m\u00f4\u017eeme pova\u017eova\u0165 tak\u00fa \u00farove\u0148 \u010di kvalitu medzi\u013eudsk\u00fdch vz\u0165ahov v pr\u00e1ci, ktor\u00e1 optimalizuje nielen <em>pracovn\u00fd v\u00fdkon<\/em> jednotlivcov, ale aj pocit ich <em>pracovnej a \u017eivotnej pohody<\/em> ako aj celkov\u00fa \u00farove\u0148 <em>fyzick\u00e9ho a du\u0161evn\u00e9ho zdravia<\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8222;<em>Sloboda prejavu a demokracie kon\u010d\u00ed pred br\u00e1nou mojej firmy!&#8220;<\/em>&#8211; Tieto slov\u00e1 som po\u010dul &#8211; a st\u00e1le e\u0161te niekedy po\u010d\u00favam &#8211; z \u00fast mnoh\u00fdch mana\u017e\u00e9rov \u010desk\u00fdch a slovensk\u00fdch firiem, ktor\u00ed boli alebo s\u00fa \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edkmi kurzov o produkt\u00edvnych a de\u0161trukt\u00edvnych form\u00e1ch vz\u0165ahov a komunik\u00e1cie v organiz\u00e1cii \u010di firme. Dnes asi menej \u010dasto, ako tomu bolo v minulosti. Ale nie som si ist\u00fd, \u010di sa na\u0161im l\u00eddrom &#8211; nech u\u017e hovor\u00edme o mana\u017e\u00e9roch alebo politikoch &#8211; podarilo \u00faplne vymani\u0165 z moci totalitn\u00fdch prakt\u00edk, ktor\u00e9 nie s\u00fa pre \u017eivot a pr\u00e1cu v demokratickej spolo\u010dnosti nijako efekt\u00edvne. A ktor\u00e9 nie s\u00fa efekt\u00edvnymi ani pri pokusoch o zav\u00e1dzanie r\u00f4znych foriem t\u00edmovej pr\u00e1ce, ktor\u00e9 sa dnes ukazuj\u00fa by\u0165 nutnou s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou ka\u017edej \u017eivotaschopnej organiz\u00e1cie \u010di firmy. Najm\u00e4 z h\u013eadiska dlhodobej\u0161ej perspekt\u00edvy na ich zdrav\u00fd v\u00fdvoj, konkurencieschopnos\u0165 a prosperitu ka\u017edej firmy a iste aj celej spolo\u010dnosti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nemo\u017eno sa preto divi\u0165 ani skuto\u010dnosti, ako m\u00e1lo na\u0161ich mana\u017e\u00e9rov, organiz\u00e1ci\u00ed \u010di firiem pou\u017e\u00edva v komunik\u00e1cii so svojimi zamestnancami tzv. nov\u00e9 formy komunik\u00e1cie  &#8211; <em>workshop, Open Space Technology, moderovan\u00e9 stretnutia ve\u013ek\u00fdch skup\u00edn, atp.<\/em> . A predov\u0161etk\u00fdm tomu, ako m\u00e1lo mana\u017e\u00e9rov je ochotn\u00fdch hovori\u0165 o vz\u0165ahoch medzi \u013eu\u010fmi  -spolupracovn\u00edkmi, ktor\u00e9 sami ved\u00fa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z poh\u013eadu na prevenciu a rie\u0161enie <em>toxick\u00fdch vz\u0165ahov<\/em> to je v\u0161ak chyba! V\u010dasnou diagnostikou a intervenciou mo\u017eno toti\u017e nielen udr\u017eiava\u0165 motiv\u00e1ciu zamestnancov na trvale vysokej \u00farovni, ale aj efekt\u00edvne predch\u00e1dza\u0165 patologick\u00fdm vz\u0165ahom na pracovisku &#8211; <em>mobbingu, bossingu, \u0161ikanovaniu, ob\u0165a\u017eovaniu, diskrimin\u00e1cii, atp.<\/em> &#8211; pr\u00edp. sa nau\u010di\u0165 tak\u00fato vz\u0165ahov\u00fa patol\u00f3giu rie\u0161i\u0165 vhodn\u00fdm \u010di primeran\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom.
