Pr\u00e1vem odsouzenc\u016f na smrt bylo tak\u00e9 pron\u00e9st svoji posledn\u00ed \u0159e\u010d, z pochopiteln\u00fdch d\u016fvod\u016f nejsp\u00ed\u0161e necenzurovanou. \u0160ibenice zde ji\u017e nestoj\u00ed, ale pr\u00e1vo zde otev\u0159en\u011b promluvit, prakticky o \u010demkoli, je v\u0161ak &#8211; div se sv\u011bte! &#8211; ct\u011bno a dodr\u017eov\u00e1no i v sou\u010dasnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vztahy na pracovi\u0161ti jsou v\u011bc\u00ed komplexn\u00ed a n\u011bkdy velmi nep\u0159ehlednou (i delik\u00e1tn\u00ed) &#8211; bezesporu v\u0161ak velmi d\u016fle\u017eitou. Nejenom v kontextu kvality pracovn\u00edho \u017eivota, ale tak\u00e9 s ohledem na kvalitu pod\u00e1van\u00e9ho pracovn\u00edho v\u00fdkonu. Na tuto skute\u010dnost poukazovalo a poukazuje cel\u00e1 \u0159ada organiza\u010dn\u00edch psycholog\u016f. Za v\u0161echny si dovol\u00edm p\u0159ipomenout  autora <em><strong>C. M. Brodsk\u00e9ho<\/strong><\/em> z USA, kter\u00fd ji\u017e <em>v roce 1976<\/em>, publikoval svoje my\u0161lenky na toto t\u00e9ma (<em>The Harassed Worker<\/em>).  Zhruba od poloviny 80. let minul\u00e9ho stolet\u00ed to byl zejm\u00e9na \u0161v\u00e9dsk\u00fd autor n\u011bmeck\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu <em><strong>Heinz Leymann,<\/strong><\/em> kter\u00fd \u010dasto mluvil o <em>psychosoci\u00e1ln\u00edm stresu na pracovi\u0161ti <\/em>a do velk\u00e9 m\u00edry p\u0159isp\u011bl k popularizaci a roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed pojmu<strong> <em>mobbing<\/em><\/strong> (<em>Violence<\/em> <em>and Victims, 5, 119-126<\/em>, <em>1990<\/em>, <em>Mobbing and psychological terror at workplaces<\/em>). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Objevila se v\u0161ak i cel\u00e1 \u0159ada jin\u00fdch pojm\u016f, kter\u00e9 ilustruj\u00ed destruktivn\u00ed dopad n\u011bkter\u00fdch forem soci\u00e1l vztah\u016f na pracovi\u0161ti: <em>bossing, bullying, stafing, straining, \u0161ikana, diskriminace, obt\u011b\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed a pron\u00e1sledov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/em>, &#8230; K t\u011bmto a i n\u011bkter\u00fdm jin\u00fdm (<em>patologick\u00e9 vztahy, politick\u00fd mobbing&#8230;<\/em>) p\u0159ibylo v ned\u00e1vn\u00e9 dob\u011b ozna\u010den\u00ed <em>toxick\u00e9 vztahy<\/em>, kter\u00fd se jev\u00ed do budoucna b\u00fdt  &#8211; z mnoha d\u016fvod\u016f &#8211; velmi perspektivn\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Za opak <em>toxick\u00fdch vztah\u016f<\/em> bychom mohli pova\u017eovat <em>produktivn\u00ed vztahy. <\/em>Za takov\u00e9 pak m\u016f\u017eeme pova\u017eovat <em>\u00farove\u0148 \u010di kvalitu mezilidsk\u00fdch vztah\u016f v pr\u00e1ci<\/em>, kter\u00e1 <em>optimalizuje nejenom pracovn\u00ed v\u00fdkon jednotlivc\u016f<\/em>, ale tak\u00e9 <em>pocit jejich<\/em> <em>pracovn\u00ed a \u017eivotn\u00ed pohody<\/em> jako i celkovou \u00farove\u0148 <em>fyzick\u00e9ho a du\u0161evn\u00edho zdrav\u00ed<\/em>. <\/strong>   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8222;Svoboda projevu a demokracie kon\u010d\u00ed p\u0159ed branou m\u00e9 firmy!&#8220;<\/em>&#8211; Tato slova jsem sly\u0161el &#8211; a st\u00e1le je\u0161t\u011b n\u011bkdy sl\u00fdch\u00e1m &#8211; z \u00fast mnoha mana\u017eer\u016f \u010desk\u00fdch a slovensk\u00fdch firem, kte\u0159\u00ed byli \u010di jsou \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky na\u0161ich kurz\u016f o produktivn\u00edch a destruktivn\u00edch form\u00e1ch vztah\u016f a komunikace v organizaci \u010di firm\u011b. Dnes sice ji\u017e m\u00e9n\u011b, ne\u017e tomu bylo v minulosti, ale nejsem si jist, zda se na\u0161im l\u00eddr\u016fm &#8211; a\u0165 ji\u017e mluv\u00edme o mana\u017eerech nebo politic\u00edch &#8211; poda\u0159ilo zcela vymanit z moci totalitn\u00edch praktik, kter\u00e9 nejsou pro \u017eivot a pr\u00e1ci v demokratick\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti nikterak efektivn\u00ed a kter\u00e9 nejsou efektivn\u00edmi ani p\u0159i pokusu o zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdch forem t\u00fdmov\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce, kter\u00e9 se dnes ukazuj\u00ed b\u00fdt nutnou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00e9 \u017eivotaschopn\u00e9 organizace \u010di firmy. Zejm\u00e9na z hlediska dlouhodob\u011bj\u0161\u00ed perspektivy na jejich zdrav\u00fd v\u00fdvoj, konkurenceschopnost a prosperitu cel\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti. Nen\u00ed se tedy co divit skute\u010dnosti, jak m\u00e1lo na\u0161ich mana\u017eer\u016f, organizac\u00ed \u010di firem pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 v komunikaci se sv\u00fdmi zam\u011bstnanci n\u011bkter\u00e9 nov\u00e9 formy komunikace (<em>workshop, Open Space Technology, sly\u0161en\u00ed, moderovan\u00e9 setk\u00e1n\u00ed velk\u00e9 skupiny,<\/em> atp. ) A tak\u00e9 to, jak m\u00e1lo mana\u017eer\u016f je ochotn\u00fdch mluvit o vztaz\u00edch mezi sv\u00fdmi spolupracovn\u00edky, kter\u00e9 sami vedou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z pohledu na <em>prevenci a \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed toxick\u00fdch vztah\u016f<\/em> to je ov\u0161em chyba! V\u010dasnou diagnostikou a intervenc\u00ed lze toti\u017e nejenom  udr\u017eovat motivaci zam\u011bstnanc\u016f na trvale vysok\u00e9 \u00farovni, ale tak\u00e9 efektivn\u011b p\u0159edch\u00e1zet patologick\u00fdm vztah\u016fm na pracovi\u0161ti (mobbing, bossing, \u0161ikana, obt\u011b\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed, diskriminace, atp.) nebo se nau\u010dit takovou vztahovou patologii \u0159e\u0161it vhodn\u00fdm \u010di alespo\u0148 p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem. A pr\u00e1v\u011b to se zd\u00e1 b\u00fdt i tou nejlep\u0161\u00ed prevenc\u00ed toxick\u00fdch <em>vztah\u016f<\/em> do budoucna.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Na\u0161e iniciativa CHP (Corporate Hyde Park) se pokou\u0161\u00ed <em>&#8222;zalepit d\u00edry a zacelit r\u00e1ny&#8220;<\/em>, kter\u00e9 v na\u0161ich firm\u00e1ch, organizac\u00edch a v cel\u00e9 sou\u010dasn\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti p\u0159i pohledu na \u00farove\u0148 soci\u00e1ln\u00edch vztah\u016f poci\u0165ujeme.
