D\u016fvod\u016f takov\u00e9ho rozpolo\u017een\u00ed \u010di stavu m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt mnoho. Ale <strong>lid\u00e9 a vztahy, kter\u00fdmi jsme obklopeni<\/strong>, maj\u00ed pro na\u0161e <strong>t\u011blesn\u00e9 i du\u0161evn\u00ed zdrav\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd v\u00fdznam!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00edha \u017eivota v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti se zv\u011bt\u0161uje a zv\u011bt\u0161uje se i <strong>m\u00edra z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee a stresu<\/strong> na ka\u017ed\u00e9ho z n\u00e1s. Nen\u00ed to zas tak d\u00e1vno, co se za\u010dalo mluvit o <strong><em>resilienci<\/em><\/strong> &#8211; jak\u00e9msi druhu odolnosti &#8211; kter\u00e1 n\u00e1m bude n\u00e1pomocn\u00e1 p\u0159i zvl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdch \u017eivotn\u00edch situac\u00ed. Tak\u00e9 se objevuje cel\u00e1 \u0159ada n\u00e1vod\u016f \u010di aspo\u0148 doporu\u010den\u00ed, jak by takovouto <strong>odolnost<\/strong> (<em>resilienci<\/em>) &#8211; nedostali jsme-li ji do v\u00ednku od na\u0161ich p\u0159edk\u016f a nem\u00e1me-li ji tud\u00ed\u017e v na\u0161ich genech &#8211; bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 z\u00edskat \u010di vytvo\u0159it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.silentseniors.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/man-2734073_960_720.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2425\" width=\"425\" height=\"318\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.silentseniors.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/man-2734073_960_720.jpg 960w, https:\/\/www.silentseniors.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/man-2734073_960_720-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.silentseniors.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/man-2734073_960_720-768x575.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.silentseniors.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/man-2734073_960_720-80x60.jpg 80w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 425px) 100vw, 425px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro <strong>ment\u00e1ln\u00ed &#8222;otu\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed&#8220; <\/strong>tohoto druhu je samoz\u0159ejm\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 na\u0161e t\u011blesn\u00e1 schr\u00e1nka a tzv. &#8222;fyzi\u010dno&#8220; &#8211; zdrav\u00fd zp\u016fsob \u017eivota, n\u00e1\u0161 j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek, dostatek pohybu a vyh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed se r\u016fzn\u00fdm \u0161kodlivin\u00e1m \u010di dokonce jed\u016fm (kou\u0159en\u00ed, alkohol a jin\u00e9 drogy&#8230; ).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>St\u00e1le v\u00edce autor\u016f &#8211; v\u010d. l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016f z oboru tzv. celostn\u00ed, psychosomatick\u00e9 a vztahov\u00e9 medic\u00edny &#8211; v\u0161ak zd\u016fraz\u0148uje v resilienci tak\u00e9 v\u00fdznam &#8222;psychi\u010dna&#8220;!!! Tam bezesporu pat\u0159\u00ed na\u0161e <strong>du\u0161evn\u00ed rovnov\u00e1ha a hygiena<\/strong> &#8211; v\u010d. <em>schopnosti prosadit se, \u0159e\u0161it konflikty<\/em>, <em>dovednosti budovat a udr\u017eet si zdrav\u00e9 a produktivn\u00ed mezilidsk\u00e9 vztahy<\/em>, atp. .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z konflikt\u016f, kter\u00e9 mohou na \u010dlov\u011bka obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b t\u011b\u017ece dopadat to jsou zejm\u00e9na <em>vztahy v rodin\u011b, komunit\u011b<\/em> a <em>vztahy na<\/em> <em>pracovi\u0161ti<\/em>. A mluv\u00edme-li tak\u00e9 o m\u00ed\u0159e z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee &#8211; velmi destruktivn\u011b pak z v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdch oblast\u00ed na na\u0161e zdrav\u00ed p\u00f4sob\u00ed stresory, kter\u00e9 b\u00fdvaj\u00ed ozna\u010dov\u00e1ny jako &#8222;<strong><em>nedokon\u010den\u00e9 z\u00e1le\u017eitosti<\/em><\/strong>&#8222;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.silentseniors.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/head-1623792_1280-1024x682.jpg\" alt=\"Tento obr\u00e1zok nem\u00e1 vyplnen\u00fd ALT popisok, jeho n\u00e1zov je head-1623792_1280-1024x682.jpg\" width=\"171\" height=\"114\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>V rozhovoru &#8211; \u010di sp\u00ed\u0161e rozhovorech, proto\u017ee <strong>produktivn\u00ed vztah je obvykle i z\u00e1le\u017eitost\u00ed opakov\u00e1n\u00ed <\/strong>&#8211; V\u00e1m nab\u00edz\u00edme pr\u00e1v\u011b mo\u017enost <em>zorientovat se ve vztaz\u00edch kolem sebe<\/em> (vztahov\u00e1 diagnostika) a mo\u017enost <em>zastavit a zamyslet se<\/em> nad t\u00edm, pro\u010d se V\u00e1m d\u011bj\u00ed v\u011bci, kter\u00e9 se V\u00e1m (pr\u00e1v\u011b?) d\u011bj\u00ed . Takovou formu komunikace ve dvojici (p\u0159\u00edp. i ve skupin\u011b) pova\u017eujeme za <strong>nezbytnou podm\u00ednku<\/strong> (<em>conditio sine qua non<\/em>) &#8222;<strong>ment\u00e1ln\u00edho otu\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed &#8220; a budov\u00e1n\u00ed tzv. resilience<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na\u0161e rozhovory by pak &#8211; krom\u011b doporu\u010dovan\u00e9 a preferovan\u00e9 form\u011b &#8222;tv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed v tv\u00e1\u0159&#8220; &#8211; mohly prob\u00edhat i formou <strong>on-line<\/strong> &#8211; kup\u0159. prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm platformy ZOOM, atp. . Takov\u00e1 forma <strong><em>rozmlouv\u00e1n\u00ed<\/em><\/strong> m\u00e1 sice n\u011bkter\u00e9 nev\u00fdhody (kup\u0159. men\u0161\u00ed mo\u017enost vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed tzv. \u0159e\u010di t\u011bla, atp.), ale jej\u00ed v\u00fdhodou je naopak to, \u017ee se d\u00e1 realizovat i ve zt\u00ed\u017een\u00fdch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch styku a komunikace ve spole\u010dnosti jakou jsme ji\u017e m\u011bli mo\u017enost poznat a za\u017e\u00edt (<em>karant\u00e9na<\/em>, <em>lock down<\/em>, atp.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1te-li z\u00e1jem a pot\u0159ebu si takov\u00fd rozhovor vyzkou\u0161et, dejte n\u00e1m to laskav\u011b v\u011bd\u011bt na n\u011bkter\u00e9 z na\u0161ich e-mailov\u00fdch adres a vy\u010dkejte dal\u0161\u00edch pokyn\u016f.
