Pr\u00ed\u010din tak\u00e9hoto rozpolo\u017eenia \u010di stavu m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 mnoho. Ale &#8222;<em>\u013eudia a vz\u0165ahy<\/em>&#8222;, ktor\u00ed\/\u00e9 n\u00e1s obklopuj\u00fa, maj\u00fa pre na\u0161e <strong>telesn\u00e9 a du\u0161evn\u00e9 zdravie<\/strong> k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fd v\u00fdznam!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8222;Bremeno&#8220; \u017eivota v s\u00fa\u010dasnej spolo\u010dnosti pripad\u00e1 mnoh\u00fdm z n\u00e1s st\u00e1le \u0165a\u017e\u0161ie a \u0165a\u017e\u0161ie a pre ve\u013ea \u013eud\u00ed tejto spolo\u010dnosti <strong>zvy\u0161uje aj miera z\u00e1ta\u017ee a stresu<\/strong>. V tom sa v\u0161etci &#8222;tr\u00e9neri&#8220; na poli resilience zhoduj\u00fa. &#8211; Zdrav\u00fd zp\u00f4sob \u017eivota, n\u00e1\u0161 jed\u00e1ln\u00ed\u010dek, dostatok pohybu a vyh\u00fdbanie sa r\u00f4zn\u00fdm \u0161kodlivin\u00e1m \u010di dokonca jedom, ako napr\u00edklad faj\u010deniu, neprimeranej konzum\u00e1cii alkoholu, drog\u00e1m, atp. je iste ve\u013emi d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>St\u00e1le viac odborn\u00edkov v tejto oblasti &#8211; vr\u00e1tane mnoh\u00fdch lek\u00e1rov a \u0161pecialistov na <em>psychomatick\u00fa, celostn\u00fa<\/em> \u010di dokonca <strong><em>vz\u0165ahov\u00fa medic\u00ednu<\/em><\/strong> &#8211; v\u0161ak zd\u00f4raz\u0148uje aj to, ak\u00fd d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fd v\u00fdznam m\u00e1 pri zv\u0161ovan\u00ed hladiny \u010di \u00farovne resilience aj na\u0161e &#8222;<strong><em>psychi\u010dno<\/em><\/strong>&#8222;!!! &#8211; <strong><em>Na\u0161a du\u0161evn\u00e1 pohoda, rovnov\u00e1ha a hygi\u00e9na<\/em><\/strong>. Na\u0161a schopnos\u0165 <strong><em>presadi\u0165 sa<\/em><\/strong>, <em><strong>\u0159ie\u0161i\u0165 konflikty<\/strong><\/em>, <strong><em>budova\u0165<\/em><\/strong> a <strong><em>udr\u017ea\u0165 si zdrav\u00e9 a produkt\u00edvne medzi\u013eudsk\u00e9 vz\u0165ahy<\/em><\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z konfliktov, ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017eu na \u010dloveka zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 \u0165a\u017eko dopada\u0165, to s\u00fa hlavne vz\u0165ahy v rodine, komunite a vz\u0165ahy na pracovisku. Tak\u00fa formu komunik\u00e1cie vo dvojici (pr\u00edp. aj v skupine) pova\u017eujeme za <strong>podmienku nutn\u00fa<\/strong> (<em>conditio sine qua non<\/em>) pre ka\u017ed\u00fd druh &#8222;<em><strong>ment\u00e1lneho otu\u017eovania<\/strong><\/em>&#8220; a budovania \u010di zvy\u0161ovania  odolnosti vo\u010di z\u00e1\u0165a\u017ei a stresu, tzv. <strong><em>resilience<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na\u0161e rozhovory by takto &#8211; okrem doporu\u010denej a preferovanej forme &#8222;tv\u00e1rou v tv\u00e1r&#8220; (face to face) &#8211; m\u00f4\u017eu prebieha\u0165 aj tzv. <strong>on-line<\/strong> formou cez po\u010d\u00edta\u010d &#8211; napr. cez platformu Zoom.  Tak\u00e1to forma rozhovorov m\u00e1 s\u00edce niektor\u00e9 nev\u00fdhody (napr. men\u0161ia mo\u017enos\u0165 vn\u00edma\u0165 tzv. re\u010d tela, atd.), ale jej v\u00fdhodou m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 naopak to, \u017ee sa d\u00e1 realizova\u0165 aj v z\u0165a\u017een\u00fdch podmienk\u00e1ch styku a komunik\u00e1cie v spole\u010dnosti (napr. pri karant\u00e9n \u010di dokonca aj tzv. lock downe, atp.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AK m\u00e1te z\u00e1ujem a potrebu si tak\u00fdto rozhovor vysk\u00fa\u0161a\u0165 e\u0161te predt\u00fdm, k\u00fdm sa pre tak\u00fato &#8222;<em><strong>resilien\u010dn\u00fa k\u00faru<\/strong><\/em>&#8220; \u010di <strong><em>tr\u00e9ning<\/em><\/strong> <strong><em>odolnosti<\/em><\/strong> rozhodnete, dajte n\u00e1m to l\u00e1skavo vedie\u0165 cez niektor\u00fa z na\u0161ich e-mailov\u00fdch adries a vy\u010dkajte na \u010fal\u0161ie pokyny z na\u0161ej strany.
